Kendallville is located in northeastern Noble County. Highway access through the city is via east/west US Highway 6 and State Road 3 running north/south. Kendallville lies 6 miles west of the Kendallville/Waterloo interchange of 1-69, and approximately 30 minutes southwest of the Indiana Toll Road. The town is located an easy 25 miles from Ft. Wayne via either 1-69 or SR 3. Kendallville is 163 miles north of Indianapolis, and Chicago is about the same distance to the northwest.

In addition to convenient access, this retail location has well-known occupants including Rural King, Sears Retail Dealer, CVS Pharmacy and eateries such as Applebee's, Burger King and Taco Bell. A variety of small merchants are located at Fairview as well.
