HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE FUNDS

Members of the Chamber and their employees receive the benefit of the Chamber's enrollment into the Indiana Employer Consortium. This housing benefit is used as a down payment or closing costs when purchasing a home and it is equal to 3% of a home's purchase price. Borrowers do not execute any agreement for fund repayment or additional lien on the purchase property and should contact the administrator prior to executing a purchase agreement. DRH serves as the Consortium's administrator.
