| 2010 is the year of decennial CENSUS for our Country. We have a voice not only in the elections but on the CENSUS. There are precious tax dollars at stake. Although we sell alcohol and gas along US 6 to many visitors we only capture the tax for our population. Please take the time to complete the CENSUS form when it is mailed to you. These numbers determine distribution of school taxes as well as a variety of taxes the state and federal government collect. It also determines our political boundries for representation. Please do your part, stand up and be counted! |
