| I would like to continue with Joe Atz's thoughts on the many wonderful attributes of Kendallville. Our Park system is second to none. The Sports Complex, Sunset Park and Bixler Lake Park with beaches, camp sites and walking nature trails,make us the envy of surrounding communities. The committment that the community has to see these succeed is evident. We saw the completion of our historic lighting around the concrete walking path this year, all by donations and grant funds raised by a caring group of young people called the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council or MYAC. Kendallville has many jewels in it's crown, our parks are just one of them! |
