The tour starts at the Kendallville Coworking Space, at 231 S Main Street, at noon with a map and information packet, and ends at the Kendallville Chamber of Commerce at 122 S Main Street at 4:00pm, with refreshments and a chance to ask questions. City officials will be on hand to answer questions and provide information regarding potential incentives that may be available.

Kendallville has a wide variety of property offerings, and we will be advertising to businesses looking to grow or expand their markets. If you have property you would like to sell or lease, please fill out the form below to be added to our directory of commercial properties as part of the showcase. *Please note the criteria for participation.
CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION
- Must own a for lease and/or for sale properties (or be willing to lease/sell – even if no real estate contracts have been established)
- Be available at the property during the selected open house date.
- Complete the Real Estate Intake Form and provide photos of property.
